On Monday mornings a focused fitness programme will be released. Each week will focus on a different area of the body. The idea behind these are to do them in your own when you have time. Everybody can find 15minutes in a day to do a workout. Try to do it twice a week if you can. Minimal equipment will be needed. Instructions and diagrams will be easy to follow with guidance available is necessary. Price is for per month.
